We know that engaging employees is crucial to our success in business and in sustainability. Several activities aim to create an environment that encourages team spirit, passion and engagement including: opinion surveys, ‘Ask the Management’ online forums, ‘All-Employee Meetings’ and works councils with representation on the Supervisory Board. A number of works council representatives have been involved in stakeholder meetings focused on corporate social responsibility issues.
In late 2005 / early 2006 we asked 350 staff about corporate responsibility and social and environmental affairs. A brief report of those survey findings can be downloaded from this page
